In line with Kuwait University’s vision towards digital transformation, and in the interest of ensuring the smooth operation of security procedures and regulating the entry of visitors, as well as facilitating and simplifying the procedures related to issuing university entry permits,

The Security and Safety Department, in cooperation and coordination with the Office of the Vice President for Support Academic Services, announces the activation of the (Visitor) service through the self-service system at Kuwait University, which allows scheduling a prior appointment for visitors from outside Kuwait University.

Therefore, all departments, work centers, and university colleges are requested to adhere to the following:
    1.    Applications for the (Visitor) service shall be submitted through the self-service system at Kuwait University for review and approval according to the adopted procedures.
    2.    Ensure that the prior appointment booking is completed through the (Visitor) system and approved by the head of the concerned work center or department before the visit date.
    3.    The Security and Safety Department will not accept any paper entry permit requests; applications must be submitted electronically through the system only.
    4.    It is necessary to verify the accuracy of the data entered when submitting the appointment booking request
