A replacement for lost university IDs is issued for both male and female students, as well as members of the academic and administrative staff at Kuwait University, by the ID Department of the Security and Safety Administration.

To issue a new lost ID for students please bring the following documents:

• A personal photo
• A copy of the current study schedule
• A stamped copy of the current study schedule for graduate students
• Civil ID

       * Replacement fee: a stamp worth 1 KD

To issue a new lost ID for academic and administrative staff:

• This can be done through the self-service portal for employees.
