- IDs are issued by the Security and Safety Administration (Identity Department) for students, faculty members, and staff of Kuwait University.

• To obtain a university ID for new students, please undergo a medical examination at the medical clinics located within the university's colleges before the ID is issued.
• For faculty members and staff of Kuwait University, IDs can be issued through the self-service portal.
