Kuwait University, represented by the Security and Safety Department, in coordination and cooperation with the Environment Public Authority, launched an awareness campaign to highlight the dangers and harms of smoking on health, society, and the environment within the College of Law buildings on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

The campaign included field tours and visits inside the college buildings to directly engage with students and raise awareness about the serious risks of smoking and its negative social, psychological, and health effects. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of prevention to ensure a healthy life free from diseases for all members of society.

Additionally, awareness brochures and leaflets were distributed to promote general knowledge and awareness on this matter
