Kuwait University, represented by the Security and Safety Department, would like to emphasize the importance of adhering to the instructions outlined in the Secretary General’s Circular No. (29), issued on 2025/04/06, regarding the new traffic law amendments that will come into effect starting from 2025/04/22.

We kindly ask everyone to comply with the traffic rules and regulations within Sabah Al-Salem University City, as all traffic violations will be monitored by the Security and Safety Department on campus and reported to the Ministry of Interior for necessary action.
